The search for meaning is a fundamental driving force of the human being.  For a company to succeed, with the support of its employees and in harmony with its third parties, it must take this quest into account.  By respecting this essential need that drives us, it benefits from the underlying energy.

In the information and knowledge society, “intelligent” tools are accessible to all, and relative positions can change very quickly.  Success is not guaranteed by the accumulation of technical skills, nor by the blind application of brilliant strategies or theoretically perfect organizational schemes.  True long-term success requires employees to mobilize an ever-renewed energy, stemming from a deep motivation.

I work on the consistency between corporate strategy, in its different aspects, and the meaning that employees can give to their collective action.  This translates into strengthening the corporate endeavor on a long-term basis.
